Koryo medicine distribution management information system introduced in public health sector
The Ministry of Public Health has promoted the work to grasp the national output and demand of medicinal herbs and command their purchase and distribution in a unified way.
The work was done to provide the medicinal herbs needed at the Koryo medicine pharmaceutical factories according to the demand through the medicinal herbs management stations and in this course, a program was developed to share information of distribution between the management stations and the factories.
The program has made it possible to know what kind of medicinal herbs are needed at the factories and what kind of medicinal herbs are secured at the medicinal herbs management stations at present. As a result, a guarantee was provided to push ahead with the production of medicinal herbs and Koryo medicines in a more scientific way.
