Greetings to Belorussian President
  The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greetings to Aleksandr Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, on February 3.
  The message said:
  I offer congratulations to you on your reelection as President of the Republic of Belarus.
  Availing myself of this opportunity, I express the expectation that the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and the Republic of Belarus would develop in the interests of the peoples of the two countries.
