Vietnamese embassy in DPRK gives reception
  The Vietnamese embassy in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea gave a reception on January 31 on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the DPRK and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
  Invited to the reception were Choe Son Hui, Foreign Minister of the DPRK, An Hyon Min, Deputy Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials concerned.
  Present there were Le Ba Binh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy.
  Speeches were made at the reception.
