Reclamation of Sokhwa Tideland completed
It was a huge project to build thousands of metres of sea dike from the area of Sinmi-ri to the area of Sokhwa-ri, Sonchon County of North Phyongan Province.
The soldier-builders made devoted efforts to finish the project ahead of schedule.
