Young people in North Phyongan Province volunteer to work in major sectors of socialist construction
  More than 60 young people in North Phyongan Province volunteered to work in major sectors of socialist construction amid the high revolutionary enthusiasm of the youth vanguard to perform constant miracles and merits in the worthwhile struggle for implementing the decisions of the Eleventh Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
  A meeting was held at the North Phyongan Provincial Art Theatre to congratulate the volunteers. It was attended by Kim Chol Sam, Chief Secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, youth league officials and young people.
  Certificates were awarded to the volunteers and congratulatory address and other speeches made.
  The participants enjoyed the music and dance tale "Our Father" showing the warm love of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un for the flood victims in North Phyongan Province.
  Officials and young people encouraged the volunteers, presenting them with bouquets.
