The talks between us held in Pyongyang in June put the Russia-DPRK relations on a new qualitative level. The Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership concluded according to the result of the talks provided conditions for fundamentally expanding the reciprocal bilateral cooperation in all major fields.
I firmly believe that in the coming year 2025 we will continue very closely the common work for implementing the historic treaty and make more concerted efforts to cope with the threats and challenges of the present times.
