Premier Kim Tok Hun inspects different units
  Kim Tok Hun, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, made a field survey of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, the Taean Heavy Machine Complex and the Sariwon Tinning Factory.
  Looking round the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, he stressed the need to make a trial run of the newly-built energy-saving oxygen-blast furnace in a scientific and technological way, constantly raise the practicality and efficiency of the system for establishing, managing and operating the overall production processes of the complex, and finish the planned readjustment and reinforcement at the shortest time.
  At the Taean Heavy Machine Complex, he said the officials should improve their ability of guidance to carry out this year's tasks for production of ordered equipment unconditionally and repair the industrial buildings in a substantial way.
  At the Sariwon Tinning Factory, he underscored the need to actively introduce the innovative methods to raise the tinning technique onto an advanced level and take practical measures to strengthen the material and technical foundations of the factory.
  Consultative meetings were held on the spot.
  On the other hand, Premier Kim acquainted himself with the remodelling of the Sariwon Tractor Parts Factory and discussed some problems such as supply of equipment and instruction in technical skills before organizing work concerned.
