Talks held between defence ministers of DPRK and Russian Federation
  Talks between No Kwang Chol, Minister of National Defence of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and Andrei Belousov, Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, were held in Pyongyang on November 29.
  At the talks, Minister of National Defence No Kwang Chol estimated that the exchanges and cooperation between the defence ministries of the two countries have been dynamically propelled through mutual visits by high-ranking delegations and so on since the historic DPRK-Russia Pyongyang Summit Meeting in June 2024, and expressed the belief that the current Pyongyang visit by the military delegation of the Russian Federation would serve as an important occasion promoting the friendship and mutual cooperation and the development of relations between the armies of the two countries.
  Minister of Defence Belousov said the treaty on the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries is playing the role of stabilizer in the northeast Asian region and expressed his intention to further expand the reciprocal cooperation in the complicated international situation.
  The talks seriously discussed the issue on strengthening militant unity and strategic and tactical cooperation between the armies of the two countries by thoroughly implementing the agreements made by the top leaders of the DPRK and Russia and regional and international issues of mutual concern and reached a complete consensus of views.
