Greetings to Lao FM
  Choe Son Hui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greetings to Thongsavanh Phomvihane on the 22nd upon his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
  The message expressed the belief that the traditional friendly relations between the DPRK and Laos would continue to be strengthened and developed thanks to the joint efforts of the foreign ministries of the two countries and wished him success in his work.
