Delegation of Pyongyang Municipal Committee of WPK leaves for Russia
  A delegation of the Pyongyang Municipal Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by its Secretary Ri Myong Chol left Pyongyang by air on the 18th to visit Russia.
