People move into new houses at Kanggu Vegetable Farm in city of Hyesan
  People moved into new houses at the Kanggu Vegetable Farm in the city of Hyesan.
  The modern houses in good harmony with the surrounding environment, which applied modernity and diversity, clearly demonstrate the validity and vitality of the rural construction policy of the Workers' Party of Korea on turning all the rural villages across the country into a cultured socialist utopia in the near future.
  A meeting was held on the spot with the attendance of Ri Song Il, Secretary of the Ryanggang Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials of the Party and government organs in the city of Hyesan and farmers to move into the new houses.
  Kim Chol Nam, Chairman of the Ryanggang Provincial People's Committee, made a congratulatory address. Permits for the use of the new houses were conveyed to the agricultural workers and speeches made.
