33rd Plenary Meeting of 14th Standing Committee of SPA, DPRK held
The 33rd Plenary Meeting of the 14th Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea was held at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on the 24th.
Choe Ryong Hae, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and First Vice-President of the State Affairs Commission and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the SPA of the DPRK, presided over the meeting.
The meeting was attended by Vice-Chairmen Kang Yun Sok and Kim Ho Chol, Secretary General Ko Kil Son and other members of the Standing Committee of the SPA.
Present there as observers were officials concerned of the Standing Committee of the SPA, the Secretariat of the Cabinet, ministries and national agencies.
The meeting presented as its agenda items the deliberation and adoption of the State Law of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the election of a judge of the Central Court.
There was a report on the main contents of the relevant draft bills deliberated at the Legislation Committee of the SPA.
The decree of the Standing Committee of the SPA "On Adopting the State Law of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea" was adopted with unanimous approval at the meeting on the basis of the study and discussion of the bills presented.
The meeting elected a judge of the Central Court of the DPRK.
