Women footballers welcomed by Pyongyangites
  Women footballers of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea came back to the capital city of Pyongyang on the 28th after proving successful at the 2024 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup held in Colombia.
  The Pyongyang International Airport was crowded with many people who had come to greet the laudable daughters of the motherland.
  Seen at the airport were Kim Myong Hun, Vice-Premier of the Cabinet of the DPRK, Kim Il Guk, Minister of Physical Culture and Sports, Yun Jong Ho, Minister of External Economic Relations who is Chairman of the Football Association of the DPRK, and officials concerned together with families of footballers.
  Athletes and working people warmly congratulated the footballers and coaches who got off the airplane, giving bouquets to them and putting garlands around their necks.
  The women footballers left the Pyongyang International Airport on an open wagon decorated with beautiful flowers.
  They were welcomed by people standing along streets.
