18th National Machine Design Festival opens
Present at the opening ceremony were Vice-Premier Yang Sung Ho, Minister of Machine-Building Industry An Kyong Gun, officials concerned and the participants in the festival.
Vice-Premier Yang Sung Ho made an opening address.
After the ceremony, the participants looked round the venue of the festival.
Displayed at the festival held under the theme of "Attraction of Development of National Industry" were more than 620 research findings which can be conducive to the development of the regional industry and the promotion of the people's livelihood. There will be a multidimensional designing competition, a prize design competition and a dissemination and exchange of advanced designing technology during the festival.
