Question: What Is the Famous Library in the DPRK?
The climate of attaching importance to science and technology has been established throughout the country and the work of making all the people well versed in science and technology is vigorously promoted in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea.Making all the people well versed in science ant technology, in a word, means making all the people talents with high knowledge of science and technology and creative ability. In other words, it means training all members of the society into talents who are well versed in the advanced scientific knowledge and technical skills and can use them skilfully and fully solve the sci-tech problems arising in the building of a thriving country.
Wonderful sci-tech dissemination bases, where everybody can accumulate knowledge, have been built in all parts of the DPRK thanks to the popular policy of the Party and the state that regard it as the national policy to make all the people well versed in science and technology and spare nothing for the work to provide them with good conditions and environment for their study.
