  The work has English letters to the effect that the warmest congratulations are offered to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un by the Singapore Business Federation on the occasion of the founding anniversary of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
  The plate-shaped work is 28 centimetres across.
