This is the gift--craftwork "Emblem of Minister of Public Security of Viet Nam"--presented to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un by General Le Hong Anh, Minster of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on April 14, Juche 100(2011).
  Embossed in the craftwork were an emblem symbolizing the public security organ of Viet Nam and four five-point stars showing the military rank of the Minister of Public Security.
  Also seen are the English letters reading; "The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam" and "General Le Hong Anh, Minister of Public Security of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam".
  The gift is 15 centimetres wide and 19.5 centimetres long.
