One day in June Juche 105(2016) when its construction was in full swing, he visited the factory and said it is a factory directly linked with the improvement of the people's living and a factory valued by the Workers' Party of Korea.
In October that year he visited the completed Ryongaksan Soap Factory again.
He set forth the tasks to be carried out by the factory including the issue on increasing the varieties and output of the liquid soap and detergent of different kinds on an annual basis and providing a thorough guarantee to their quality.
That day, he beamed all over his face, saying: I am really pleased to think of the people who will be happy with different kinds of liquid soap and detergent produced at the Ryongaksan Soap Factory. I am relieved of my pent-up fatigue.
We should provide the people with an affluent and happy life envied by the world as soon as possible. It is necessary to keep directing big efforts to more firmly cementing the material and technological foundations of the sectors conducive to the improvement of the people's living so that the people can greatly benefit from them.
